Technology nobody chose on purpose.
That is what most small businesses run on, out on jobs or across a caseload. We start with how your work moves, then plan, build and support only what earns its place. Sometimes that is a setting you already pay for.
What we do.
We look at how the work moves before we look at what to buy.
Whether the work happens out on jobs and job sites or across a caseload of clients, files and deadlines, the systems under it are usually held together with habits and goodwill. A shared drive that grew. Software someone set up years ago and left. A process that only runs because one person remembers every step. Spreadsheets doing jobs they were never built for.
If the honest answer is a setting you already pay for and have turned off, we say so before anyone quotes you for a build.
Everything we build is documented, registered in your name, and yours to hand to anyone.
- A written technology plan
- A review of what you pay for
- Off paper and old systems
- The steps your team repeats, automated
- Assistants and agents for the judgment work
- Reporting you do not have to assemble
- A website that brings in inquiries
- Showing up on Google
- Training on the tools you own
The work we take on shows what that looks like in practice.
What we would say if you were weighing us against someone else.
- “Just set us up with what everyone else uses.”
- Not before we have seen how your work moves. Sometimes the answer is an app. Sometimes it is a setting you already pay for and have turned off. You hear which before anyone quotes you.
- “We are small. Skip the paperwork.”
- A company of twenty has less room for a system to break than a company of twenty thousand. You get the standard we learned inside large, regulated organizations, without the timeline that usually comes with it.
- “Who do we call when something breaks?”
- The person you briefed. One point of contact from the first conversation to the walkthrough at the end, with no handoff in between.
- “What if we want to leave?”
- You can. Your domain, your hosting, your Microsoft 365 account and every document are registered in your name from the start and stay that way. Nothing is held hostage.
The longer argument is on the Why Atlerix page. If you would rather just ask, tell us what is slowing you down.
Four steps. No surprises.
Agreed in writing before anything starts. What each step involves, or tell us what is slowing you down.
A conversation
Tell us what is slowing you down. Usually thirty minutes, free, no obligation.
A written proposal
What gets done, what it costs and how long it takes, agreed in writing before anything starts.
We do the work
You see it come together while changes are still cheap, not a finished thing at the end.
Handover, and after
The finished work lands in your accounts, documented, with a walkthrough. Support afterward is optional.
What does this cost?
It depends on what you need, and we would rather say so than post a number that is wrong for your situation.
Most work is quoted as a fixed price after a short conversation, so you know the total before anything starts. If your budget is tight, say so early. It is better to scope something small that works than to quote something you will not proceed with.
The other questions people ask first, about being non-technical, buying software and working alongside an existing IT provider, are answered on the FAQ page. Anything else, the form below is the fastest way to ask.
Tell us what is slowing you down.
Or use the form. Either way, describe the part of the business that is costing you time and we will tell you whether it is worth fixing, what it would take and what it would cost, before you commit to anything.
