The work we take on.
Plans, builds and support for the technology a small business runs on, from the first conversation through to handover. About a third of the time the honest answer is a setting you already pay for, and you hear that before anything is quoted.

-
Training & Adoption
Get the team using the tools you already pay for.
If none of these is obviously yours, say what is slowing you down. Nothing gets quoted until we have seen the work.
Some of this we will talk you out of.
Worth reading before you get in touch.
If you need someone to fix laptops, run a helpdesk, look after a network or watch a firewall, that is a different trade and we do not do it. You want an IT provider, and we work alongside them all the time. We also do not do content marketing, link building, or anything that comes with a promised search ranking.
We are the wrong firm for you if you want the cheapest quote in the pile. We are also wrong if you have already decided exactly what should be built and want somebody to type it up without asking why. When the answer is a setting you already own or a step that can go, you hear it in the first conversation instead of in a proposal, and occasionally that costs us the job.
And if the process underneath is not something you are willing to change, none of this will help. Software laid over a broken process only makes the same problem run faster.
What holds true whatever the work.
The service changes. The way it is run does not.
These are settled before anything starts, and they do not depend on which of the above you asked for.
- Agreed in writing first. Scope, cost and timeline before the work starts. If the scope changes you get a new number before it happens, never an invoice afterward.
- Progress you can see. A draft plan, a working version, a first cut of the numbers, while it can still change cheaply. Nothing is revealed for the first time at the end.
- Documented and handed over. Written down and walked through with the people who will use it, so nobody is left dependent on us.
- Registered in your name. Domains, hosting and your Microsoft 365 account from the start, and the plans and documents are yours to act on with anyone.
Not sure which of these you need?
That is a normal place to start. Tell us what the week looks like and we will say which of these it is, and whether it is worth doing at all.
