Every subscription, license and contract, and what to cut.

Software spend in a small business grows quietly, one subscription at a time, until nobody can list what leaves the account.

Signed up and forgotten

A trial someone started, a tool a former hire used, still charging the card every month.

Paying for it twice

Two tools that do the same job, because two people chose one each and nobody compared.

Charged to a personal card

Subscriptions on a founder's card or a personal account that no central list has ever seen.

The wrong size

License tiers above what the business uses, where a smaller plan would do the same work for less.

34%

of the software budget at companies with 100 to 200 people goes to tools that are unused, duplicated or forgotten, a 2025 review of smaller firms found. Nobody was watching it leave the account.

Cledara, 2025 Software Spend Report

Every line, and what to do about it.

The review works from your billing, your admin consoles and your paperwork. It hands back a specific action for each item, with a rough monthly figure attached, and no percentage target.

Find everything

Every subscription, license, domain and contract

Including the ones charged to a personal card or a founder's account that nobody tracks centrally. The result is one list of everything technology costs the business, which most owners have never seen in one place.

Size and price

What is the wrong size, and what a fair price looks like

License tiers and plans above what the business uses, where a smaller plan would do the same work for less. Where a renewal has crept up, what the current rate should be, and which contracts are worth renegotiating.

The written list

Keep, cancel, downgrade, consolidate or renegotiate

Every finding as a specific action with the rough monthly figure attached, so you can act on it the same week. The cuts are the things you do not use or pay for twice. The tools the work depends on stay, and you get a number to hold the next renewal to.

The awkward questions.

General questions are on the FAQ page.

Will you just tell us to buy your other services?

No. The deliverable is a list of cuts, downgrades and renegotiations. If the review finds nothing worth changing, that is what the report says.

Do you take a percentage of what we save?

No. It is a fixed price agreed before the work starts, the same as anything else. What you save is yours.

What if we do not even know everything we pay for?

That is normal, and part of why the review exists. We find the subscriptions that have been lost track of, including ones charged to a personal card.
