Terms of Use.

These terms are between you and Atlerix Technologies, Inc., and apply to your use of this website. They do not govern work we do for clients, which is set out in a separate written agreement covering scope, cost and everything else that matters.

You are welcome to read this site, share links to it and get in touch through it. Do not use it to break the law, to interfere with how it runs, or to attempt access to parts of it that are not public.

Do not send us confidential information through the contact form. It is a website form, not a secure channel. If something is sensitive, say so and we will arrange a better way to send it.

Everything here describes what we do in general terms. It is not technical, legal or financial advice for your particular situation, and it is not a promise about what any specific piece of work will achieve.

We keep this site accurate and current as best we can, and we may change or remove anything on it without notice.

The wording, design, code, logo and name on this site belong to Atlerix. Product names belonging to other companies are theirs.

You may quote or link to this site with attribution. Do not reproduce it wholesale or present it as your own.

Where we link to another company or service, that link is for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, their practices or their terms.

This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Atlerix is not liable for loss arising from your use of it, or from anything you do or do not do based on what you read here.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute goes to the courts of Ontario.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means the current version applies.
