The team stops working the long way round.

Most teams use a fraction of what their software can do. Nobody was ever shown, and habits formed around the long way round.

Never shown

The tool arrived with a login and no explanation, so people use the part they found by accident.

Learned over a shoulder

A new hire picks the system up from whoever sits nearest, mistakes included.

A rollout that did not land

A new system announced once, adopted by half the team, and quietly worked around by the rest.

of the features in the average software product are rarely or never touched, on an analysis of usage across hundreds of products. Teams pay for the whole thing and use a fraction of it.

Adoption is not a slide deck.

Showing people the shorter way to do the thing they already do, until it sticks. Sessions built on your documents, your processes and your examples, with the materials left behind.

Sessions

Built on your team's own work

Training that uses your documents, your processes and your examples, so people leave able to do their own job the new way. The parts of Microsoft 365 a small team gets the most from and usually misses, Copilot or another assistant for real work, and walkthroughs for the apps in daily use.

Materials

A short guide and a reference the team keeps

A written guide for the things people forget, so the training does not leave when the session ends. Someone joining picks up the tools in days, from the guide and the session, and the next person does not start from nothing.

The rollout

For a bigger change, a plan for introducing it

Who goes first, how it is announced, and how to catch the people it is not reaching. Built on their actual tasks, with a plan for bringing the holdouts across, in person or over a call.

About the sessions.

General questions are on the FAQ page.

Can you train people remotely?

Yes. Sessions run in person or over a call, and the written materials work either way.

What if half the team resists a new system?

Common, and part of the work. The training is built on their actual tasks, and for a bigger change there is a plan for bringing the holdouts across.

Is this only for systems you built?

No. We train on the tools you already own, whoever set them up, including the Microsoft 365 features nobody was ever shown.
