Why Atlerix.

If you are weighing us against somebody else, these are the arguments we would make.

We start with the process, not the software

The order matters more than the tooling.

Every project begins with how work moves through your business today. Not what software you own, and not what you have been told you should buy.

Sometimes the answer is an app. Sometimes it is a setting you already pay for and have turned off, or a step that can simply be removed. You will hear which one it is before anyone quotes you for a build.

Occasionally that costs us the work. It is still the right order, because software laid on top of a process nobody has examined only makes the same problem run faster.

Built to enterprise standards, sized for you

The habits come from somewhere much larger.

Our background is delivering systems inside large, regulated organizations. Places where a change is documented before it ships, where permissions are decided deliberately rather than left open, and where nothing goes live without somebody able to maintain it.

That discipline is usually the first thing dropped when the work gets smaller, on the assumption that a smaller company needs less of it. The opposite is closer to the truth. A company of twenty has far less room to absorb a system breaking than a company of twenty thousand.

You get the same standard of work without the timeline and overhead that normally comes attached to it.

One point of contact, start to finish

Nothing gets lost in a handoff.

No account manager, no handover between the person who scoped the work and the person responsible for delivering it, and no requirements quietly lost in translation between the two.

You have one point of contact from the first conversation through to the walkthrough at the end. The person you brief is the person accountable for what you get.

That holds however busy we are. If it ever stops being true, we will tell you rather than let you discover it.

Nothing is held hostage

You own it, including the parts that are inconvenient for us.

Everything is registered in your name from the start and stays that way.

  • Your domain, your hosting account, your Microsoft 365 account.
  • Documentation written for whoever maintains it next, whether that is you, us, or somebody else entirely.
  • If you decide to work with someone else, you can, with no negotiation about access.

Still weighing it up?

Pick the argument you doubt most and put it to us. You get a straight answer, and it may be that we are the wrong fit.
